Acquisition - via sub-tenant, head-tenant and landlord
Noyes & Noyes was instructed to acquire the leasehold interest in a 36,000 sq ft office building at Bar Hill.
The acquisition was hardly straightforward in that it involved negotiating with and reaching agreements with a sub-tenant, the head tenant as well as the landlord – each having their own agenda.
In addition, on completion of the acquisition, Noyes & Noyes were then involved in the full refurbishment of the accommodation, as well as having to deal with ground contamination and removal of potential pollutants.
All in all, a pretty complicated deal!
