Case Study
Core 6 Tamworth
Noyes & Noyes was asked to help acquire premises for an expanding business. The right building was not to be found so we sought a developer to build us a big warehouse/factory unit in our preferred location.
This was negotiated and concluded, and once the building was built, we helped the client take occupation extending internally.
The project lasted two years. We also helped the client leave their old premises negotiating their departure with a simultaneous reletting of the building thus saving the client a great deal of money.
Domino, Bar Hill
Noyes & Noyes was instructed to acquire the leasehold interest in a 36,000 sq ft office building at Bar Hill. The acquisition involved negotiating and reaching agreements with a sub-tenant, head tenant and landlord – each having their own agenda.
In addition, on completion of the acquisition, Noyes & Noyes was then involved in refurbishment of the accommodation, as well as having to deal with ground contamination and removal of potential pollutants.
Since then we have negotiated the client’s vacation of the property; a two year project.
Discovery House, Histon
Noyes & Noyes was recommended to a charity which had struggled to find and acquire suitable premises. We carefully assessed their situation: adjoining premises were not suitable and their proposed acquisition on the Science Park was unlikely.
We searched for and found offices in Histon. After negotiation and working with the charity’s lawyers and the landlord, we completed the lease deal and oversaw the fit out works.
